Job Description
1)Parts order management such as Spare parts order review,
2)Order acknowledgement, order processing, order expediting with planning/purchase/production for spare parts,
3)Timely updating of order status to customers/field sales,
4)Submission of proforma invoice,
5)Handling advance and performance bank guarantee,
6)Submission of shipping documents, payment follow up with clients,
7)Meet monthly sales and collection target, etc.
