Manage front office reception area.
• Attending calls and Visitors.
• Co-ordinating with staff and employer.
• Maintaining Inward and Outward records Courier.
• Arrange daily meeting with team members.
• Keep Petty Cash Records and Expenses.
• Joining formalities and documentation. Also maintain log books, front desk and calls received.
• Mange front office reception area.
